#6. We only start work on your vehicle once you’ve given us the OK, though we may order parts beforehand to speed up the process.
#7. Once we get started, we provide an updated estimate of how long it will take us to complete the repairs.
#8. We then get to work, fixing your car right the first time, every time.
#9. When we finish our work, we conduct extensive tests to make sure everything is in order.
#10. We test-drive your vehicle to make sure everything is ready to go.
